Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policy
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. To cancel an order, please email us or contact our customer care team at the number provided on our website.
If a cancellation request is accepted, any payment received from you will be refunded within 15 working days.
Online Return/Exchange Policy
At present, we only offer size exchanges, subject to the style and availability. No returns are accepted.
Our exchange policy is specified on each product page. Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. As all our products are made to order and are produced only after an order is placed, whether in a standard size or a custom size, exchanges are accepted only for products specifically marked as eligible for exchange.
Products marked as "Sale" on the respective product page are not eligible for return or exchange.
Before placing an order, please review the exchange eligibility of the product. Only products specifically marked as eligible for exchange may be exchanged for a different size.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We may request photographs of the defective item for verification. Our customer care team will review the issue and advise you on the next steps.
Return/Exchange Eligibility
Eligible products may be exchanged within 5 days of delivery.
If your item is exchangeable, please note:

Exchange requests made after the 5-day exchange period will not be accepted.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, labels, tags, and accompanying materials must remain intact and attached to the product.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.
Return Shipping Charges
Unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, a damaged product, or an error on our part, the cost of shipping the product back to us will be borne by the customer.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please email us at contact@shopcanvas.in or contact our customer care team on +91 8595307770. Kindly mention the reason for the exchange in your email or message.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our customer care team will authorize the request and provide the necessary courier details or shipping instructions.
Important: Products sent for exchange without prior approval will not be processed.
Exchange Approval and Processing
Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it complies with the exchange conditions stated above. We reserve the right to approve or reject an exchange if the product does not meet these requirements.
If the exchange is approved, the process will commence and may take 12–15 working days to be completed.
